How to hire a stage and lights manual YOU WILL NEED TO HIRE AND ORGANISE THE FOLLOWING a) 1 x under cover all weather stage raised approx 10ft in the air c/w pa wings and F.O.H cables and hut for engineer to work from b) 2 or 3 stage riggers to erect such a stage c) Full intelligent light show d) 1 x lighting rigger to hang the lights e) Lighting engineer f) 12k martin audio outdoor long throw system or equivalent c/w all amps effects / mixers / decks / mics / CD players and cables for the lot g) 1 x sound engineer to set up and run the system h) 1 x power supply ( generator) i) A day to set it all up and a day to bring it all down again j) 1 x secure porta cabin or outdoor hut for all your belongings to be put and for your crew/ artists/ performers to be in for the duration of your event. k) Tea and coffee making facilities brought to the site or £££ on buying refreshments for your staff etc. Fridge and cups etc l) Separate changing room facilities should you need them. m) If it’s a weekend hire you may need security for the duration. n) Back drops to dress your stage and make it look good F) After organising this lot unfortunately there is still no guarantee your show will be successful, but you would of achieved the basic entry level.
